ABAKA Payout Released Under MP Uy-Oyod's TDIF Allocation

01 July 2025 – Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao del Norte | A total of thirty-five (35) college students finally received their long-awaited payout under the Ministry of Social Services and Development’s (MSSD) Angat Bangsamoro: Kabataan tungo sa Karunungan (ABAKA) Program. The payout was made possible through the 2024 Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) allocation of the Office of MP Atty. Sittie Fahanie S. Uy-Oyod. This financial support aims to ease the burden of educational expenses for Bangsamoro youth and support their continued academic journey.

The successful payout activity is a testament to the continuing commitment of the #FahanieCares Program to bring responsive, on-the-ground public service to the Bangsamoro region. It reaffirms the program’s purpose of ensuring that government assistance is not only accessible but also felt directly by the communities who need it most—especially the youth who represent the future of the region.
